Militarized Federal Agencies: The Other Standing Army?

Kelly was proposing what we can do now that we have the
Durham Report verifying bad actors in our federal agencies.
(From memory)...
They are acting as an enemy of the people.
Republican state legislatures should pass laws that regulate
the behavior of federal agencies in their states... such as
removing all offices of the FBI from their states.
The states can do many things constitutionally.
If the states do not act, then counties, cities, and towns can act.
Town councils can forbid actions by any agent of a federal agency
and use the Sheriffs, who can deputize trained citizens to defend the
people from being molested and oppressed.
No one can be deprived of liberty or property but a judge in a trial.

Part of a class action lawsuit, or any lawsuit coming out of this --
might be... to seek relief in the form of re-organizing the agencies.
Get a judge to appoint an overseer... whose job it will be to enforce
accountability from every agent and employee of the federal government.
OR: Congress can set up a task force...
Compell testimony from every agent of the FBI and DOJ.
Let them state under oath the practices and procedures.
Give them an opportunity to reveal knowledge of crimes.
No one can know the testimony of the others.
Squeeze the facts out.
If you lie... you can't work for any government agency.
Easy stuff.
People probably look forward to clearing the air.
