Cocoa Syrup

1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup cold water
dash salt

*Mix and heat slowly, stirring constantly til it boils.
Boil 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Add vanilla.
