Fruitcake Cookies
|

1 pkg. dried cranberries, separated
1 pkg. dried pineapple, cut up
1 cup pecan halves, cut in 4ths
1 stick butter
2 eggs
|
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt

*Mix nuts and fruits. Add half the flour to this, to coat.
Cream butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla.
Stir in dry ingredients. Fold in nuts & fruits.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased sheet.
Bake in 350' oven for 10 to 13 minutes, til golden.
Makes 40 cookies.
