Cheesecake



1, 8-oz bar cream cheese, softened
1, 8-oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
Sugar to taste

Optional:
sliced bananas
cut up sweetened fruit
1/4 cup lemon or lime juice
chocolate sauce
caramel sauce
fruit jam





Prepare a
* crumb crust of gingersnaps or graham crackers.

Soften the cream cheese to room temperature.
Whip this for a minute at low speed.
Beat into this the milk, a tablespoon at a time
Whip until frothy.
For fruit, lemon, or lime juice mix just til blended.
Pour into the pie crust:

For jam or sauces, gently swirl into the pie.
For bananas, slice into a bowl,
coat with 1 Tbsp lemon juice
to prevent browning

Refrigerate.
