*Scoop freshly fallen snow into a large bowl.
If snow has sat for a time, remove a couple of inches on surface
and with a large spoon scoop clean snow into the bowl.
Add milk, 1/2 cup at a time and stir to a stiff consistency.
Add sugar and vanilla to taste.
