Cranberry Fluff Salad



2 cups raw cranberries
3 cups tiny marshmallows
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups diced unpared tart apples

1/2 cup seedless grapes
1/2 cup broken walnuts
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup heavy cream, whipped

*Day before serving:
Grind cranberries or chop in blender.
Combine with sugar and marshmallows.
Cover and chill overnight.
*Next day:
Add apples, grapes, walnuts, salt.
Fold in whipped cream. Chill.
Turn into serving bowl or spoon into lettuce cups.
Trim with a cluster of green grapes.

Makes 8-10 servings.
