Pecan Pie w/o corn syrup



2 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 cup pecans

1 Tbsp flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla

Beat eggs until fluffy.
Whisk in butter, sugars, and flour.
Add vanilla, milk
Most recipes say to place pecan halves on the pie shell
and then pour the pie mixture over this.
As the pie cooks, the nuts rise to the top.

This recipe is for a 9" pie.
Bake at 400' for 10 minutes then at 350' for 30 minutes.
Store in refrigerator up to 3 days
