Irish Cucumber Mold

1 small pkg lemon jello
1 small pkg lime jello
1 large cucumber,
peeled and sliced
4 green onions, thinly sliced
|
4 Tbsp vinegar
coarse black pepper
seasoned salt
|
|
|
*Prepare jello as directed. Add vinegar, pepper, salt.
Place in refrigerator. When jello has begun to set
add the cucumber and onions.
Pour into a bundt type mold. Refrigerate until set.
Serve with mayonnaise or sour cream in center of mold.
Alternatively:
Let jello set its mold in a large glass serving dish
and spread mayonnaise over the top before serving.
